Leanna M. Khanna

I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a law degree from U.C. Law San Francisco. Before joining Finley Employment Law as Of Counsel, I represented employees in labor and employment matters in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases.

I also have extensive experience in humanitarian and family-based immigration matters. This background allows me to recognize and address the unique vulnerabilities that immigrant workers may face in the workplace.
